John has been the President and CEO of Toolwire since 2003 and has guided Toolwire’s evolution from a provider of Experiential Learning Labs for IT training and certification provider to developing a Top 20 Learning Experience Platform (LXP) – named Spaces Learning.
Before Toolwire, John spent 15+ years in Enterprise Software, SaaS, M & M&A (8 separate deals), Angel Investing, and Information Technology. His diverse background provides a unique perspective that helps tie learning and development initiatives with tangible business outcomes.
David James Clarke IV
Chief Product Officer
David has been a Digital Teaching & Learning Pioneer for more than 25 years. As Product Manager, he is the Lead Designer for the Spaces Learning LXP. He is also a best-selling Author, patented Innovator, and the co-Founder of Toolwire.
As Chief Product Officer, David works with the executive leadership of Fortune 500 enterprises to drive their strategic digital transformation initiatives. To meet clients’ rapidly evolving digital needs, he has always kept Toolwire at the leading edge of innovation. Driven by a passion for helping enterprises engage and retain talent, Clarke was the primary architect of the Spaces Learning LXP. The platform’s Hyper Engagement features include micro-learning, personalized learning plans, video collaboration, spaced repetition, experiential assessment, gamification, and real-time analytics.
David’s track record of success includes numerous projects that have helped some of the world’s largest companies and learning institutions to achieve measurable results using Toolwire products and the Spaces Learning teaching and learning experience platform.
Ashish Gadhia
VP of Engineering
Ashish leads Toolwire’s Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Technical Operations teams. He is one of the lead architects of the Spaces Learning platform, the Toolwire integration APIs, and leads the integration effort with Avaya Spaces. Ashish works collaboratively with the Chief Product Officer to create and implement a leading-edge product vision for the Spaces Learning LXP SaaS learning platform.
Ashish has been with Toolwire for over 17 years. He previously held senior software development roles at Sybase, New Era of Networks, and Convoy Corp. His focus has been on scalable, high-performance systems and Cloud-based systems that work on multiple commercial platforms.
Ian Hendershot
Director of Client Solutions
With over 15 years of Instructional Design, LMS/LXP integrations, and implementation success, Ian brings a host of skills and expertise to Toolwire and its clients. He has extensive experience working with Higher Education and Enterprise Training environments, including numerous system implementations and upgrades. That includes integrations between LMS and LXP systems and more. At Toolwire, Ian leads the implementation team that ensures projects are on time and deliver the required outcomes.
Chris Thompson
Director of Design
As Director of Design, Chris collaborates with the Chief Product Officer regarding the evolution, innovation, and design of all Toolwire learning systems and products. His creativity and Instructional Design background provide the foundation for the development of next-level tools and platforms. He works closely with client organizations to design and create the most appealing and compelling learning experiences that create meaningful learning experiences and deliver measurable business outcomes.
